This class will focus on vertical theory with emphasis in refining technique, split fabric sequencing, and conditioning for higher level skills. Students should already have the prior experience on rope or fabric and feel comfortable executing longer sequences in the air.

Each week the class structure is similar - we work all the beats - hollow, pike, flares, dynamic rolls and drops and building technique for those skills. We will also work spinning technique in this practice class.

This class will focus on vertical theory with emphasis on refining technique and practicing dynamic transitions/beats all while building stamina through practicing sequences. Students should already have the prior experience on rope or fabric and feel comfortable executing longer sequences in the air.

In handstands class, we will focus on learning the correct form for a straight handstand as well as gain strength and flexibility needed for more advanced training. The progressions and drills are for beginners through advanced students. We will talk about proper alignment, hand placement, and body/mind connection while upside down. We will also explore various leg positions in handstands and periodically work in headstands.
All levels are welcome, no experience necessary!

In Handstand Shapes, continue on the long road to greatness with leg shape explorations, press work, and side bends. The progressions and drills are for folks who have been working on their handstands and can hold a freestanding handstand for 10 seconds in any leg shape. We will talk about proper alignment, hand placement, and body/mind connection while upside down. This is a hybrid class so if you'd like to stream in through zoom you can!

Training Handstands can be such a solitary endeavor, so come join Lynn in the studio to hang out and train handstands. It's not a class, but a time to practice with other folks who love to be upside down on their hands. There just might be games... All levels welcome. Scheduled to happen on the last Friday of every month!
